Genelia missed Ghajini

Hyderabad Jan 21 :Genelia D’Souza must be regretting for her bad luck for not being able to do Ghajini as the film has received a stupendous response from the audiences. Even the pretty actresses like Kangana Ranaut and Ayesha Takia were even screened for the role that Jiah Khan ultimately succeeded in grabbing the role in the film.

Initially Asin was selected for the role but there were immense date problems so the producers turned towards Genelia. She in fact started shooting for the film that continued for 3—4 days but our Mr. Perfectionist got the gut feeling somehow that the audiences might not like Genelia being casted opposite him as she was doing the lead role opposite his nephew, Imran Khan, in the movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na.

Meanwhile, Asin managed to solve her date problems and finally succeeded in bagging the role against Amir Khan in the movie. Poor Genelia!
