Two Srikakulam TDP MLA's Joined PRP

Hyderabad :Deputy leader of the Telugu Desam Legislature Party Kimidi Kala Venkata Rao and Jogulu PalaKonda MLA have quit the TDP and joined Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam party today .

Mr. Venkata Rao, who represents Vunukur Assembly constituency, is a senior TDP leader who has been with the party ever since its inception and served as Home Minister and Rajya Sabha member earlier.

Sources said he is unhappy with the ‘big brother’ attitude of TDP Parliamentary party leader K. Yerran Naidu for interfering in his constituency and trying to call the shots. Mr. Rao has been confabulating with his supporters since the last two days and sounding them about the feelers being sent by the Praja Rajyam party thorough Mr. Tammineni Seetharam.
